Once submitted, your Ad will be reviewed by our quality assurance team. If assured, then Ads will be available in the marketplace within 24 hours.

You will be notified if you are required to make any edits.

You can always edit/ delete your ad by visiting your account.

No. Any violation of policy or abuse of the system will result in permanent termination of account. Additionally, any edits to existing ads will be reviewed by quality control before going live.

  ■ You can post a maximum of 5 Ads only during a 2 months free plan.
  ■ No Ad can be feature Ad
  ■ Only one user is available
  ■ You can view leads
  ■ Once the plan is ended, your Ads will no longer be available in the marketplace.
  ■ You can not renew the free plan
  Paid Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Plan :
  ■ You can post unlimited Ads
  ■ You can feature unlimited Ads
  ■ You will have the ability to create more users within your account to manage inventories and follow leads. It's the best option for car dealers.
  ■ Once the plan is ended, your Ads will no longer be available in the marketplace.

■ You can manage your subscription using our platform.

Go to your account and access the managed subscription page. Click on cancel plan. Your subscription will be cancelled right away and you won't be charged going forward for the upcoming billing cycle.

We process refunds only within the first five days of any subscription. If you are within this limit, please contact us here and we will be happy to assist you.

Feature ad is a premium service. Free plan has no feature ads in it.

  ■ Free account can not place feature ads
  ■ In paid plans :
  ● We have base limit of 20 ads . Any ad after base limit will be called additional ads.
  ● Only half of the additional ads can be tagged as featured ads after minimum of 20 ads. To help you understand better, please review below examples:
  ○ In an paid account , if total ads are 20 ads, then 20 ad can be featured.
  ○ In an paid account ,if total ads are 21 , then also 20 ad can be featured.
  ○ In an paid account ,if total ads are 22 , then only 21 ads can be featured.
  ○ In an paid account ,if total ads are 23 , then only 21 ads can be featured.
  ○ In an paid account ,if total ads are 24 , then only 22 ads can be featured.

• No, it will go through the approval process, which will take only 24 Hrs. You will be notified once ad is approved or rejected.
